The commercial division is headed up by Philip Grace. Philip recently exited United Business Centres Plc www.unitedbusinesscentres.com, a company he founded in 1999 and grew to be one of the largest providers of Serviced Office in the UK. UBC experienced
460% growth in 2008 opening 17 new business centres. Philip developed an innovative, bespoke solution, to attract income out of empty office space, successfully developing joint ventures with small commercial property owners and large institutions.

Prior to UBC, Philip founded and managed a successful property development company
called Lowry Commercial Plc. This company completed many projects; Football Stadium
and houses in London, Commercial Office in Manchester and the Isle of Man and houses
in Milton Keynes He is well known in the Milton Keynes community having won several
business awards, and he’s very likely to provide you and your organisation, with
that “out-of-the-box” innovative solution to your property challenges.

Prior to running his own companies, Philip worked for a FTSE 100 financial services
company running a property team with a multi-million pound budget operating throughout
the UK.
