About Oakhill - Landlords

• You will receive from Oakhill a complete turnkey service


• Any fees that are paid will be agreed up front and there will be complete disclosure and no surprises


• We will ensure that your property is marketed professionally throughout the local area and internationally on the internet


• Oakhill will ensure that cleared funds are received from any tenant before they take occupation and that they sign a robust tenancy agreement


• Any money received from the tenant will always be paid into Oakhill’s client account; to protect you and the tenant


• At the time the tenant moves in, Oakhill will ensure that a detailed inventory is completed covering all aspects of your property


• Oakhill will collect from the tenant any rent due in advance. The rent, less any management fee will then be paid to you, the landlord, as soon as it is cleared


• Oakhill guarantees to inspect your property at least every three months to ensure that the tenant is looking after the property satisfactorily


• At the end of the tenancy Oakhill will ensure that an inspection is carried out with the tenant and that any damage caused is paid for by the tenant and repaired prior to the return of any deposit remaining


• Two months before the end of the tenancy Oakhill will contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed. You decide if you want to renew the tenancy or seek a new tenant if the current tenant is to move out.
