When you employ Oakhill to sell your house, you’ll find that our own personal experience has enabled Oakhill to develop an all inclusive package for you, designed to take the stress out of selling your house.

When you employ any other estate agent in the UK, they’ll charge you a fee that is a percentage of the final sale price. This means that until your house is sold, you don’t know how much that fee will be. At Oakhill you’ll be charged an all inclusive fee.

When you sell your house, you’ll need to provide a Home Information Pack [HIP] to the prospective purchasers. This is now a legal requirement for all sales.

With other agents, you’ll pay an additional fee to them or to their agent! This is a sum that will be charged on top of any “percentage” fee already agreed. At Oakhill, we’ll organise all of this for you and include the cost of the HIP in all inclusive fee.

When you sell, you’ll also need to engage a solicitor or employ a licensed conveyancer to act for you in the sale. Again, this will be a cost to you, and a further complication adding stress to the whole process of selling your house.

At Oakhill, the cost of the solicitor will be included in your fee. Oakhill will arrange for the solicitor to complete the conveyance and ensure that they have all of the correspondence that they need, to save you time and anxiety throughout the whole selling process.

For a fixed charge of £465 inclusive of VAT, we can also produce a video/DVD of your property for sale.

To summarise, at Oakhill, we’ll work with you to sell your property for the best market price and ensure that the stress in selling your house is minimised. And importantly, the cost of all of this will be lower than any other agent offering similar services.
