Oakhill are able to offer two forms of valuations.

Market Valuation

Oakhill will come along to your property and offer their opinion as to the market value of your home and at what price the property should be marketed. There is no charge for this service.

Of course, if you decide to sell your house, then Oakhill would like to be the agent responsible for marketing and selling the property and we'll work with you to agree terms that are acceptable to all parties.

Mortgage Valuations

Oakhill believe that this service is best delivered by a third party, offering advice as to the suitability of your property as security for a Mortgage. This is often done for investors and clients looking to buy to rent or as investment.

Oakhill can arrange all of this for you for a fixed fee. That valuation, subject to the terms of your particular transaction, will be suitable to achieve bank funding.
